# What is the process to create, issue and access documents on the Smart Certificate platform?

The process to create and issue documents on the Smart Certificate platform is well explained in the following article [How to create a campaign from scratch ?](/en/article/how-to-create-a-campaign-from-scratch-yif75i/). 

Read below to access the documents on the platform. 

Multiple options are available : 

On the __dashboard__, if you have issued documents recently, you will be able to access them or click on view all to see all your past campaigns.
