How issued documents are managed and monitored ?
The documents are managed in the campaign sections, which you can access by following the steps.
For more information read the article how to create a campaign.
- Filter your search : search by campaign / recipients name – email - … / issued dates
- Actions column
- Delete documents you have issued
- Resend an activation email, 2 cases :
IF recipients deletes email in its inbox
**IF **recipients wants to receive the activation email on a different email address box pops open :
- Activate a document on behalf of the recipients (ONLY on the recipients’ demand due to GDPR compliance)
