How issued documents are managed and monitored ?

The documents are managed in the campaign sections, which you can access by following the steps.

  1. Filter your search : search by campaign / recipients name – email - … / issued dates



  1. Actions column



  • Delete documents you have issued


  • Resend an activation email, 2 cases :

IF recipients deletes email in its inbox


**IF **recipients wants to receive the activation email on a different email address box pops open :



  • Activate a document on behalf of the recipients (ONLY on the recipients’ demand due to GDPR compliance)
