Select or create a folder

Create a new campaign, Define the campaign name, add a tag (optional)

Choose your template(s), 3 options :

Create a new template
Select template(s)
Click on “show all templates in organization” if the desired template is not available in the list

Upload an attachment file

Add recipients, 2 options :

Enter manually, the recipients’ list

Upload Excel or CSV file :

First, import recipients’ list, then the system will confirm that the import is successful (modify your list if necessary)

Chose a pre-made template from our library
Import a PDF, where you will be able to add variables or extra static text
No template ? Don’t worry, you can start from scratch in this editor :

Layout : choose the document format / if you don’t find the format define the width and height

Add text : define the position / depth / alignment / size / font / color of your text

Custom fields : define the position / depth / name / alignment / size / font / color of the variable (dynamic fields)

How does it work ?

Through a secure digital process (which we call a campaign), organizations can customize and issue certified documents to recipients. An (activation) email is sent to them which includes a link that enables recipients to activate their account and access their certificates. Once activated, the certified documents are secured in the recipients’ profile. They can share from then on certified documents for any opportunities making these documents easy to verify.
