How to create, design and manage your templates ?

Create a new template

• Upload a PDF template : browse in your computer and add the desired template
• Design your template in the template editor

1. Chose a pre-made template from our library
2. Import a PDF, where you will be able to add variables or extra static text
3. No template ? Don’t worry, you can start from scratch in this editor :

• Layout : choose the document format / if you don’t find the format define the width and height

• Add text : define the position / depth / alignment / size / font / color of your text

• Custom fields : define the position / depth / name / alignment / size / font / color of the variable (dynamic fields)

• Add picture : upload an image from your computer :

• Manage font : unable to find your font in our list ? add yours by browsing your computer
