An (activation) email is sent to them which includes a link that enables recipients to activate their account and access their certificates. Once activated, the certified documents are secured in the recipients’ profile. They can share from then on certified documents for any opportunities making these documents easy to verify.

What is a certified document issued by the platform ?
It is a document that certifies 3 fundamental things: The integrity of the document We guarantee that this document has not been modified in any way since its creation or since its last modification by any unwanted party. Each document contains a valid signature (that you can verify using a PDF viewer such as Adobe Acrobat). The documents is secured, timestamped and signed by using a blockchain protocol (Bitcoin). Through this approach the integrity and authenticity of the document is secured and guaranteed independently of any third party provider without any time frame limitation.
